In the past few years I have been working with Engineer Jose Balvaneda Meza, a true gem !!!  His prices are not the highest or the lowest, but the most
important thing that makes him different from the rest is that he finishes his jobs ON TIME and ON PRICE.

Meaning that he will deliver the job completed as agreed upon, with no "mañana, mañana..." excuses, and the job will be completed ON BUDGET no "ifs or
buts"...!!!  Believe me... this is a very strange concept in Mexico... I have not seen another construction company with such integrity and reputation.
